1¡¢ General
1) The Marx and Engels Society for International Humanistic Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange Society) is an independent, non-political and non-religious civil society composed of friendly people from Britain and China.
2) The English name of the Communication Society is: The International Association of Marx&Engels Humanities Studies, which is abbreviated as MEIA.

4) Purpose of the Communication Society
Discuss Marxist academic theories and promote international people-to-people and cultural exchanges;
To explore the impact of the history of the industrial revolution on the process of human society and its reference significance for future development;
Introduce the cultural heritage of British industrial revolution and social development, and promote Sino-British economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges;
Promote cultural attractions in Greater Manchester, and promote exchanges, interaction and economic prosperity of Sino British sister cities;
Promote China-UK exchanges, actively participate in and promote multiculturalism, and contribute to a community with a shared future for mankind;
Promote member exchanges and safeguard member interests
2¡¢ Institute activities
1) Establish online and offline platforms and mechanisms to facilitate academic discussions and exchanges among members.
2) Seminars: three seminars are held every year to discuss the countermeasures and the academic value and reference significance of Marxism and the real society in combination with the current situation:
A. Once in the UK
B. Once in China
C. Once in other countries of the world
3) Periodically publish newsletters and publications.
4) Organize appropriate social activities to promote communication among members and with relevant associations and communities.
3¡¢ Members
1) Those who recognize the Articles of Association of the Exchange Society and are willing to participate in the activities of the Exchange Society can become full members of the Exchange Society upon voluntary application, recommendation of two or more members of the Board of Directors and approval of the Standing Council.
2) Member types: individual members and institutional members.
3) The daily affairs of members are managed by the Member Department.
4) Full members enjoy the following rights:
Have the right to be recommended to serve on the Council or above;
Enjoy the preferential right of seminars and other activities organized by the Exchange Society;
The right to publish articles in the bulletin of the Society;
Have the right to withdraw from the association freely;
Have the right to make suggestions and inquiries about the work of the Exchange Society.
5) Full members undertake the following obligations:
Abide by the Articles of Association of the Association;
Pay membership dues;
Actively participate in the activities of the Exchange Society;
Actively put forward suggestions on the work of the Exchange Society;
Inform the Exchange Society of the change of its personal mailing address in a timely manner;
6) Any activities conducted in the name of the Exchange Society must be approved by the Management Committee.
7) If a member violates the association's articles of association, three executive directors shall propose to persuade him to withdraw from the association or cancel his membership through the approval of two-thirds of the members of the management committee.
8) Communication members and honorary members of the Exchange Society:
Communication members: formal members of the Communication Society can be communication members if they are unable to participate in the event for some reason;
Honorary members: celebrities from all walks of life can become honorary members of the Exchange Society at the invitation of the Standing Council of the Exchange Society.
4¡¢ Organization and management organization
1) The Institute has one president, one executive vice president and several vice presidents.
2) The Institute has one Secretary-General, one Executive Deputy Secretary-General and two Deputy Secretary-General.
3) The Management Committee is composed of the President, Executive Vice President, Vice President, Secretary-General and Executive Vice Secretary. It is the executive body of the Institute, discussing the coping strategies for major issues and presiding over daily work.
4) The Institute has several executive directors, who are held by well-known scholars/people.
5) The Institute has a number of directors, consisting of celebrities and members who actively participate in the activities nominated and approved by the Management Committee.
6) According to the work needs of the Institute, one honorary president, several honorary presidents and several specially invited consultants can be employed.
7) The Institute holds a general meeting of members every year (held at the same time with seminars or other activities), and can also be held by means of communication.
Purpose of the General Meeting:
Propose and discuss the work plan and activities of the Society for the next year;
The management committee submits the annual work report and accepts inquiries;
The management committee publishes the annual financial report
